What is included in a basic medical alert system package?

Our basic package includes a low voltage control console with two-way voice communication, power supply, back up battery, and (1) wireless remote medical alert device.  The system requires active telephone service for communication.  Additional devices such as, smoke detectors, motion detectors, and additional personal alert notificatin devices can be added.

Is there a multiple year-term contract for medical alert monitoring services?

No, with credit approval, 24/7 medical alert services are provided @ $18.95/month and includes a weekly "live check-in with you" call.   Billing terms are monthly, quarterly or annually.  Major credit cards are accepted.  Medical professional discounts are available, 10% on system installations and 10% on monthly monitoring fees.

Beginning December 1, 2008, we are offering "911 Senior" personal alert equipment and service for $13.95 per month.  Billing terms are monthly, quarterly or annually.  Major credit cards are accepted.  Medical professional discounts are available, 10% on system installations and 10% on monthly monitoring fees.

Are there additional service charges for two-way communications?

No, this is part of the system operation for both Medical Alert and "911 Senior" personal alert systems.
